    I saw this thread and thought it was petty so I chose to avoid it

    Then I saw the kick on espn last night and laughed my ass off

    I thought she made a field goal, or actually got the ball in the air

    I used to kick off a tee for fun and could boot it 40 yards ez which isnt even very far, but im sure anyone on their team coulda kicked it further than her.

    Kudos to them for breaking the barrier but that kick was pure ass

    I saw this story so I click on it expecting to see that she went 4 for 4 with 1 field goal over 40 yards and maybe a couple of touch backs on the kickoffs. I found out that she dribbled a ball 30 yards down the field and that 85% of the public could have done it on any drunken Sunday, or Saturday in this case. This actually sets womens' sports back in my opinion. She is also lucky the ball didn't get returned and she was the last one to try to make a tackle. It could have been really ugly.

    I agree. They've pussified it so much so players don't get injured. Eliminate the chance for players to get injured altogether.

    Besides, hardly anyone runs one back anymore. Just put it on the 25 yard line for college and the 20 yard line for NFL.
