It has never been hard to vote here at the polls. They are at practically every neighborhood corner across the U.S. No reason or need for mail ins for anyone other than military or people who are in the transportation industry that can't be home. Fraud came when the mail ins increased. Trump did not attempt to make it harder, he attempted to make it fair.
As far as the the China-Russia actors, that has all been debunked, big time, and Hillary should be in prison along with our FBI heads.
