Is Aaron Rodgers the GOAT quarterback in the NFL today?

After KC plays Balty, people will change their minds maybe.

He's lighting it up; but the guy from KC is still the defending champ.

It's Nick Foles. He led the Bears to a dramatic come from behind win on the road, fresh outta the bullpen.

He also has as many Super Bowl rings as Arod.

Look at the Pack's record with him vs. without him; he's been easily the best in the league since Peyton Manning's neck injury.

Cmon Eddy? You're better then that. Only casual no-nothing fans think it comes down to nothing but rings. I remember teasing a buddy that loved Michael Jordan that Jordan had no rings for many years and other guys were better. I knew he was the greatest I'd ever seen. These young guys today might not realize how long it took Jordan to get his first ring!

Rodgers is the most talented QB of all time! Not his fault that GBs coaching/front office doesn't know wtf they're doing. Lost to Kurt Warner one year like 45-43. GBs defense SINGLEHANDEDLY made Krapernick a household name. Look at last year....same shit. SF ran over their defense like Ohio State against Toledo. That shouldn't be happening in the NFL, but thats what GB does. They made the NFLs final 4 and draft a penetrating QB and RB with their first 2 picks?? W T F are they doing up there? Rodgers needs to walk so he can get another ring. Please come to Indy and we'll get you another ring!

Rodgers last 10 years counting 2020 so far:

    286 TDs 52 picks

Think about that for a second. GBs had no running game until 2019 so THEY KNEW HE HAD TO PASS and he still averaged only 5 picks per season. He just doesn't turn it over. Period.

Only one you could argue is better is Brady. Nobody else is in the discussion

They both average about 260 yds per game in their careers. Brady 547 tds 182 picks (3 tds per pick) Rodgers 373 tds 84 picks (4.4 tds per pick). I also guarantee NE is atleast 8+ points per game better on defense. GB has never had a lockdown defense in Rodgers career. Maybe a B grade defense at best when they won the SB

Mahomes looked horrible last week. I love watching him play, but his fundamentals are terrible sometimes. He throws off his back foot, etc. and counts on his cannon arm. He's got to clean that up long-term because the cannon arm doesn't usually last forever.

Russell Wilson is unreal, but if he had Aaron Jones then he'd run more and if AR had Seattle's WRs then he'd throw 3-4 TDs every week. Lamar Jackson? We'll see? Krapernick looked great for a short while. Vick looked really good for a while too

Hard to argue against Mahomes so far though

Averaging 300 passing per game (40 more then Rodgers/Brady) and 81 tds 18 picks (4.5 tds to picks) even slightly better then Rodgers ratio

I got Mahomes 4th. Lot of weapons and good play calling. Lamar or Russ is close right now.

Yeah he's amazing! I can see some decline in mobility. He used to run around all day like Russ WIlson, but the arm is 90% of premium and the accuracy/timing is as good as ever.

NFC is wide open? Seattle no defense. GB not much defense. Saints are done imo. Brees is washed up. Said that last year when the Saints played better with Bridgewater. SF wiped out by injury. Tampa might have the best overall team on paper when Brady figures out the system. Goff is balling this year too. They came back from 28-3 and should've won that game yesterday.

Rams, Bucs, GB, and Seattle....pick one out of a hat

Hard to say as there has never been this many great QB's in the same era as what we see today in the NFL,
from young bucks to old men still lighting it up.

In no particular order, the best QB's in NFL are:
    Brady,Wilson,Rodgers,Brees,Roethlisberge r,Jackson,Mahomes,

    Honorable mentions:Allen,Garoppolo,Goff,Rivers, Watson...

    Did I miss anyone?

If we are just going from last season thru this season the Goat is Resilient Wilson across the board as he's been killing it in every category.

Chip on shoulder this year because they drafted herbert. That was an actual genius move. He will wear down though.

25 years ago you were lucky to find good productive WR's who could actually catch the ball.

Today WR's are a dime a dozen who can catch the ball with one hand.

Same with QB's as you were lucky to find a QB who could consistently throw the ball close enough
to give the WR a chance to catch the ball.

Today QB's are a dime a dozen who can throw the ball into a mailbox from anywhere on the field.

It's a little too early to be anointing Mahomes. Let him extend his legacy to 5-7 years and see where he's at.

I'd say KC already annointed Mahomes and Auto with $400+ million and a potential piece of the Royals.
