    Cancer is the worse. I can’t imagine people who go through this stuff. They are tougher human beings then anyone. Why is there just no true breakthroughs for all the money that is being pumped into these foundations?

    Because of the philosophy of disease. By the way, there have been many breakthroughs, but cancer is rogue cells in a system that can't recognize it and defeat it (read: our fault) ... and we figured everything else out pretty much = we have to die from something.
