    Stupid move for Ron if he takes it. Better off waiting for a better organization. Chargers would be perfect fit if they move on from Lynn. Not sure how he feels about team since he was an assistant there and may have felt they passed him over for HC job then. He checks boxes for them though. Good leader, willing to adjust, Hispanic in the LA market.
