    Horrible event, glad the good guys were packing. Many people could have died. Amazing kill shot from the one good guy immediately..

    He saved lives...HERO!!!

    The one good guy that got blasted and killed was also trying to draw his weapon.. He was just to slow.. Game over..

    I had a friend in HS that packed his gun to church each week. I use to ask him why. He would say... "There's evil all around". He damn sure was right.

    I'm amazed how all the people just sat there like nothing was going on. You would think several would have ran like a bat out of hell with the first shot. My natural instinct is to run like hell the first sound of shots.

    I don't think anyone ran because it was a crowd full of elderly people. It was kinda sad in that way, seeing how helpless they appeared to be in that situation. Of course we'd all sprint for the exit if we weren't strapped, but those people were so old that their best bet was to just duck for cover rather than render themselves a slow moving target at a human shooting gallery.

    As a member of law enforcement, I told people this. You have two choices. 12 jurors or 6 pall bearers. Take your choice. I can carry a weapon legally and if I see any of you carrying a weapon and making what may be a move for it, I WILL shoot you dead. I am an "Expert" shot. You would have no chance. Watch what you do before you go too "gung-ho". Been there. Done that. Killers come in all sizes., shapes, color, and sex. So if you are going to play Mr. Macho and carry a weapon, you had better know what you are doing. I could care less who, or what you are.
