    Poor clock management by Penn State to close out the half and giving up the 3 points.. Tigers score now to open up the 3rd and have momentum... Game on again..

    Like I said this game is sketchy still especially when trying to cover those 7 points. We'll see though??? Penn needs to run the ball and wear out that Tigers D in this second half now.

    Yup, even more important when you run you control time of possession and wear down that Tigers D as the game continues.. Sets up play action too later on. They are trying to throw the ball to hard and bad things are happening..
