    JJ's posting improved drastically about 2-3 months ago. I think they stopped outsourcing the bulk of the work and the guy in the video is covering most of the shifts now.

    For a long time it was almost comical as most shifts were so limited linguisticly that they had to stick to 3-4 word sentences, and still managed to screw them up.

    Must've hired some Indians from fiver to cover the volume.
