Big time underachiever and a big clown, agree. Could have been an all time great if he didn't fukk around. But he'll settle in as a top 20 or so center of all time, which is still good enough for the hall of fame.

Yea, I’ll take your word on hall. You follow nba way closer than me. How long was he in Orlando? He was pretty much considered best in league while he was there right? Didn’t really start going downhill till la?

His lack of effort was one of the most pressing issues I seen with him.....he had all the talent in the world but was not a killer reason Kobe didn’t want to fuk with him......talented yes but could have been so much greater

he could have averaged 25 pts a game but they hardly ever passed him the ball guy shoots 58% from the floor for career on only 10 attempts

The stories about the Trannies banging him might keep him out.

Yeah once he left Orlando he became only a top 5 center for maybe the next 4-5 years, so he was still elite at his position, but you had guys like Marc Gasol passing him up. I don’t think he developed his game enough. Not sure what was going on in personal life. For a 6 year period he was unquestionably the best center in the world and could give you 20 and 15 every night and a ton of blocks and not just cheap blocks like Anthony Davis, he would basically shut down the entire paint. The team he took to the finals wasn’t even much. He willed that team. It was Dwight and 4 3 pt shooters on the floor. All in all he had a good career and it’s clear he can still play and I won’t be surprised if he gives you 13 and 10 in the playoffs and replaces McGee as the starter.

He should have won Defensive Player Of Year 4 years in a row.

They got so tired if giving it to him they gave it to Tyson Chandler which was a joke.

Not until he hurt his back then he was never the same.

Magic fan here so we had to suffer through seeing Penny Hardaway, Tracy McGrady, and Dwight Howard all be set back and never be the same players after knee & back injuries.

All if this after losing Shaq

Unfortunately that's how it is in all sports.

Hall Of Fame should be reserved and treated just like the difference between a star and a super star.

    Super Star = Great

Star = Very Good/A tier below

    Magic Johnson = Super Star
    Chris Paul = Star

But they just wanna throw everyone in.

    Should only be the elite

Not sure anyone did less with more than Dwight Howard.
    Signature moment? Series?

Definately HOF for most kids with most women. I think the #s are absurd.
