Ravens (-5.5) over San Francisco next week 1PM start

the irresistible force (ravens offense) vs. the immovable object ( 49'ers defense)...strength vs. strength...top two teams in the NFL going head to head...should be a great game...early leans?...who do you like?...discuss!......at first glance I'm inclined to take the Niners and the points...and definitely tempted to tease them.

Saints will never make another Superbowl appearance with the current Head Coach, and he knows it

Did you see his comments after Sunday's game? That doesn't fly with NFL, and its hardly the first time.

Just take a look at any of the ravens drives last night and tell me who is going to stop them? I suppose there are a few on here that believe the 49 ers can, however if you have watched football for any period of time you will not see a team clicking better in all facets of the game to include camaraderie then the Baltimore Ravens.
They are soundly beating other teams and having a lot of fun doing it.
There are many other games to bet than trying to go against this team that has been steam rolling everyone. I don't understand the logic of taking the 49 ers here. Pass!

Absolutely taking the 49ers. The spread will keep going up. If Matthews wasn't clueless yesterday he would have killed Jackson. Bosa will be ready.

Ravens have been scoring touchdowns on every drive. Tucker has barely kicked any FGs all year. These guys laid 45 on the pats and 45 on the rams. Think Tucker kicked no FGs against the Pats and that's a team that has prided themselves on the bend don't break philosophy for two decades.

SF D is good, but you gotta imagine that even if they limit the Ravens, Tucker is gonna kick like 3-4 FGs. So I say Ravens put up at least 20.

Manster- You going to the game? I see a high scoring game here with the Ravens synergy they cannot be stopped right now and Lamar and Harbaugh find a way here as well. I looked back at Seattle vs SF and Garoppolo looked frantic and scared during the 3d 4th Q loss. I really dont see the Ravens playing as sloppy as SF played Seattle. The 3 TDs that Seattle scored came after turnovers, 2 Graopolo fumbles and an interception. Ravens -6 now and like the over too at 46.5. How was Ravens vs Rams -3 btw, I didnt get that line?

A stat that might surprise is the Ravens run defense is allowing 51% of runs to be successful. That's 26th in the league

Could be trouble if Michael Pierce is still out

    Also, who will defend Kittle?

This is a tough matchup for Ravens. I lean towards SF +5.5 and under 46

Also think shanny will have some great blitz beaters dialed up. Niners prob the only team that can match ravens physicality on both sides.

49ers make history. First 10-1 underdog in a decade.

Check out these other crazy numbers in advance of this week's anticipated matchup:

    • As NFL Network's Tom Pelissero noted this week, defensive coordinator Robert Selah has San Fran allowing just 136.9 passing yards per game, which is the fewest yards allowed by any team since 1980. NFL Research indicates the Miami Dolphins once actually allowed fewer yards, but that came during a lockout-shortened season, and even that was back in 1982.

    • The Ravens may be favored by six, but when you consider what they've done in recent weeks, six points almost seems absurdly low as a projected advantage. The Niners may have a strong "D," but in Baltimore's last five games, Lamar Jackson and Co. have outscored opponents -- including playoff contenders like the Patriots, Houston Texans and Seattle Seahawks -- 202 points to 62. That's a difference of 20 touchdowns, or an average of 28 points per game.

    • The 49ers are unbeaten on the road (5-0) this season, but both they and the Ravens have the same record against the spread (6-4-1). San Fran is 3-2 in away games ATS, while Baltimore is 2-3 at home ATS. Something's got to give.

    • While San Francisco easily has the top pass defense in the NFL, the 49ers are actually quite vulnerable against the run, allowing an average of 111.1 yards per game on the ground -- 19th in the league. Any idea where the Ravens happen to rank in rushing offense? No. 1, and by a country mile. So if Selah's unit has you convinced the Niners are going to spoil Baltimore's return home and upset the oddsmakers, you might want to think again.

Yeah, I don't get it. NFL should be flexing games every week.

But I guess they can't flex games less than 12 days out.

Also, the NFL would never Flex Brady out of SNF.

I wish I was going to the game!!..the stadium is only 30-35 minutes away from me!..but unfortunately no...I'll be working all day and getting some good overtime holiday pay!...my best friend who lives the next block over from me has season tickets and he will be going...he has a set of four in the 225 section right around the 35 yd line!...awesome view!...and of'course all of his family members are going to this game...I would have probably taken the day off if he offered me one but it's all good...yeah, I don't understand how the rams line was so low but I loved the Ravens at (-3)...sometimes it's best not to overthink it and don't try to get cute...

Buffalo is the letdown game, not against San Fran. Ravens might be favored by 10 against Bills and have short week with Jets following next
