    ~~VIDEO~~ Sharing Some Recovery

    Happy Friday SBR!

    SBR and its community has and is a Hugh part of my recovery.

    First time I’ve been able to balance on an upside down bosu ball since infection.
    Figured I’d show a little vid of therapy. Still a long way to go.
