    I think theres value with Colorado at -125.

    Risking 1.25 units to win 1.

    The line is low because of playoff revenge for Calgary but Colorado's top line dominated Calgary's because of their strength, gadreau couldn't handle how physical Colorado was and Calgary's offense struggled. Ritich is a very mediocre goalie and the altitude advantage early in the year is stronger when teams aren't conditioned as well.

    I understand but opening night on the road in the altitude dont you think colorado should be -140 to -150?

    No Calgary was clearly the better team than Colorado during the regular season. A 7 game series isn't going to have a bigger pact on the line than the entire regular season.

    if i was going to play hockey tonight (which im not) i would take the new york rangers simply because winnipeg lost many pieces from last yr's team and might need time to gel.

    I have Rangers ml in my picks. It can go either way. Laine has shown some good attitude again and they are hungry making Jets powerplay nice. still going with Rangers tho.Hopefully Lundqvist has better groove on this year and Rangers dont hunt penalties too much.
