Hitting off of mats is not a good way to practice though. A shot that would hit an inch behind the ball on grass will bounce the clubhead and still make ok contact on a mat.

One thing related to that I think you should do is concentrate on keeping your head level throughout the swing. Seems like there is too much head movement in your swing especially up and down, which introduces another variable that doesn't need to be there which can cause you to hit a lot of shots thin or fat on an actual playing surface.

dip lower for GROUND FORCE and raise

squats are important for a reason

your head will naturally do that as well

You are standing a LITTLE to far away from the ball, and you have too much "right hand" involved

in the swing. All you right handers do that! I'm left handed, if I was a righty, I'd turn around and swing

from the left side in golf!

Also looks like you are using a "ten finger" baseball grip, which makes it even easier to use too much right hand!

Try the "overlap grip" or "piggy back" grip where you put your right pinkie over your left index finger.

First off what the fuk are you wearing? Jesus.

You are reaching for the ball. Move closer to the ball. Your take away is too steep which in turn makes you swing over the top. On the take away keep your club head close to the ground as long as possible, that will keep your club face more on the swing plain. At the top you are going past parallel, which is waited energy and only causes more problems. But the biggest thing is that fukin outfit. At least look the part. Your welcome.
