    4sure!! Ex used to stuff a 30 milli in my mouth to wake me up every morning, lol. I hated days where I didn’t realize I had one in me already and ate another,, I be straight up zinging! Lol. Not worst thing by itself but when it was 100 degrees outside wasn’t that fun. Days I had Volume to offset it was no biggie, days i didn’t I be pouring sweat before I even started working!! lol

    Haven't watched much UFC in the past 10 years or so... but I will say Jon Jones is the best fighter. Anytime you see the guy on a card... you have to lay $100 or to Win $100 on him. Clearly you're up lifetime if you have.

    not surprised at all know jon with all his dirty tricks. adrenaline doesnt work like this, the bonehead was literally doing flying knee and showing no signs of injury... then getting carried out. totally acceptable for spider silva, santo, and o'mally but for jon.. just so fake
