    Man that lineup is a terror against righties. Sluggers all throughout. Cody Bellinger is must see TV. Here’s a thought —(as I patiently wait for my friend Jake Peavy to check me about this because Cody is from AZ lmao) — if MLB was on their shit, they would assign a heavy portion of their marketing campaigns centering around Cody & Javy Baez. These guys got swagger, BIG BATS, they steal bases, got good gloves & have the numbers necessary to appease the older heads who care about the box scores. And they are in Chicago & LA??? C’mon MLB this is easy. No homo these guys are handsome dudes too. MLB getting run out the building by NBA & NFL. They got some good opportunities here to really make a big impact on the sport with media&marketing if it’s done in a authentic & creative way

    Idk. I grew up watching & playing hoops. Was deep into the game. Then I saw Bonds & young ARod penetrate the league up w 40/40 seasons and I was hooked. Dropped basketball almost entirely. Went from Iverson jerseys to Big Papi jerseys. Steroid era of baseball is equivalent to the era of basketball we are in now in the fact that it’s about big plays, sauce/swagger & stories. The plays & sauce are back in baseball. Honeruns way up. But it’s still missing the storylines.

    Take it like this if Bellinger got caught on camera diving deep into the sugar walls of a young IG model, folks curiosity would spike. Everyday folks are now interested. The attention has been grabbed & now the product is good enough to make you keep watching. It’s about attention.

    Have yall seen how long it takes Cody Bellinger to do his routine before he is finally ready for the pitcher to throw him a pitch???

    I am surprised the pitcher waits for him to finish these shenanigans....

    Why has nobody tried to quick pitch him yet?

    If I’m a pitcher the moment he steps in the batters box I’m throwing high and tight and let him know hey back off my fukking plate!
