    Who's Trying Today In NBA?

    Okay help me understand who is trying and who isn't in the NBA today. This is what I came up with.

    Detroit, Charlotte and Miami all playing to make the playoffs.

    Toronto said they will play for home court over the Warriors in the finals.

    Utah and Denver only half game apart, would assume both will play out their season.

    OKC can play for seeding.

    teams that are in must win desperation mode doesnt mean they will win.

    good example was Miami Heat the other day. just because it is doesnt mean it isnt..

    yeah if blazers win both games(easy games on paper) and houston losses tonight they avoid potential gs matchup in second round.. so I think both houston and portland want that 3 seed..

    My point was that they’d finish no worse than 3rd with a chance at finishing 2nd if everything falls in place. I’m sure they’d rather have some control over their own destiny by winning tonight, especially since it’s their season finale.

    Playoffs would be better with Wade anyways. Think Miami is the biggest long shot of the three to make it though.

    He said he was happy there recently. They've always had a great fan base. I'm with you I think he misses CA. He's no good in the playoffs in any case... if they lose tonight it will just save disappointment a week from now.

    Thunder/ Rockets up soon. If the Thunder lose they will most likely draw the Warriors in round 1. Needless to say it's a huge game for them. A win for the Rockets might get them the #2 seed but do they need it? Thunder lead the series 2-1...
