    So has the SBR mobile platform changed?

    A couple of days ago, I could log on with my phone, scroll to the bottom of the page, click “full site” and get the same style format as the desktop site.

    Now it’s no longer doing that and the layout is similar to the new odds style page. Am I missing something here? Is the full site page view no longer available?

    I never have to log in, but my mobile is the same desktop layout

    Just checked and can swap back and forward between full site and mobile versions on my phone


    EDIT: OOPS, no I can't, just one way and then it gets stuck on mobile

    I’m using an iPhone 8 Genie Like I was saying, it was fine a couple of days ago and now I’m getting the same format even when clicking on the “full site” link at the bottom of the page.

    I was also able to stay logged on, but now it seems I have to re-log back in every time I load the site.

    I don't have to login every visit.

    That sounds like a cookie problem Mike.

    Do you know how to clear browser cookies on your phone?

    Then logout and try again?

    Mike, we reported the issue to our IT team, but I remember same concern last week from one of our memeber using the Galaxy S5. He said after clearing cookies and cache help him solved the issue. Can you please try it?

    Thanks Opti and Genie! That worked. Yeah I guess I hadn’t cleared them in a while and it was causing an issue. Thanks to CincinnatiKid for sending me a PM about that solution too. Problem was on my phone, no issue on SBR end.
