    His kid can't be at a dealership and sign his father's name on the joint paperwork. If this were allowed to happen the liability is on the dealership for letting the kid forge. You hire an attorney and sue the dealership. Nobody has a car loan on their credit and has no clue about it for 6 months. You'd have had communication from somewhere prior to a certified letter.
