    You guys think you have it all figured out and that an nba exec hasn’t already considered everything you’re all saying months ago

    They’re trading Ingram, Kuzma and two first round picks for Davis. The rest is fluff that is easily replaced.

    Upcoming FA’s include Durant, Klay, Leonard, Boogie Cousins, Al Horford, Irving, and so many other decent players that if they land Davis, they will also land other bigger players in FA by next year.

    They’re playing for the championship next year if they get Davis

    Forget Rondo, Beasley, Stevenson and the draft picks, they could all be replaced tomorrow

    You're right there, but there's a reason other stars don't want to play with LeBron. Davis is too naive to understand that and doesn't know what he's getting himself into.

    Hill would probably never play for the Lakers even if this trade goes through, he is most of the "cap relief". Lakers would only be adding AD.

    Ted Leonisis would be mad not to take Ingram/ Zubac/ KCP for Beal. They've needed a reset in DC for some time. What's the alternative? Miss the playoffs with a veteran team two years in a row?

    i agree... NO ain't getting a better offer than 3 good young players, 2 first rounders and taking on dead salary. i would question whether they'll even get that in the summer. LAL have only a few seasons with LBJ as the top player in the league (if he is).

    people think they'd get more in a deal with a star player but then the star player probably doesn't want to play in NO and the pelicans won't control him like they would LAL 5 assets offered.

    NO is crazy not to take this deal...... surprised NO doesn't have to include holliday

    Pelicans know Lakers are desperate to get AD. They also have him under contract til 2020. Only way AD is a laker by thurs is if they get ripped off by the pelicans.
