A guy won the jackpot on the Frankie Dettori slot. He then spent money celebrating only to get a call from Betfred saying the win was void due to a software malfunction. Betfred have offered the guy a £60,000 pay off but he has said NO and is taking them to court.

Mr Green said: "Over the last 10 years how do I know all the money I lost wasn't from glitches in the game and they've taken my money?”

Mr Green’s solicitor Peter Coyle said Betfred has not provided evidence of the error despite repeated requests, the BBC reported.
