Yup. I do a PPL split 6 days a week and eat Keto. Throw in some core work and cardio too. On Sunday I don't "pig out" , but let myself have some extra carbs, bloody mary, maybe something sweet.
Monday lifts are always the best. It's so easy for me to be lazy but if I feel myself slipping I just start fat shaming myself in the mirror (even though I'm not).
I was years ago. You never get the "fat kid" image out of your mind. It works for me.
