What’s the GURANTEE? Terrible for a WR- Position you have to pay money for- QB/D-line-O-line/Corners/LB—— Wr/RB are replaceable

The standard for a catch has changed so that a catch will be considered completed when the receiver gets control of the ball, gets two feet or another body part on the ground inbounds and completes a football move (third step, reach/extending for the line-to-gain, or having the ability to do so).- that’s big change? Teams with no defense don’t stand a chance

I am not sure that signing Cooks is sending the right message. The guy hasn't played a down in LA yet. They need to lock up Donald before handing out any more money in my opinion. That new stadium needs stars and winners.

Cooks is a very fast WR but I’m not sure he is a #1 guy and at 16 mil per season, he is supposed to perform at #1 level. For Sean Payton and Bill B to deal him while still under a manageable contract is a question mark. Neither team has been known to trade away guys they know are difference makers.

His route running improved a lot last season with Brady.
Rams will still lock up Donald long term too.

The details aren't available so it's hard to judge what the values really are. Considering how weak the Rams negotiating position and how the market has gone in previous years this deal isn't just cheap, it's suspiciously cheap. As a Rams fan i'm happy, but i'll wait for the full details.
