A friend of mine was desperate for a roommate and made me a sweetheart deal for $315 a month a couple weeks ago. Not the best area (although I'm obvious supporter of exposing Trump's "good people" in places like Charlottesville it has made me fearful enough of doxing to only say if it wasn't 110 degrees outside the house would be in easy hour walk from of a infamous casino sharing your state's name...) but still not NLV letter streets or behind the Strat bad... With me not having "a tax home" (google it), as long my car doesn't get broken into and even if I'm gone a month or two at a time I think I will come out way ahead. The only other problem is I think the property might be in foreclosure but again I'm paying month to month and can go back to free hotel hoping on a moments notice so what do I care?
Opie my roommate mentioned to me yesterday he was interested in renting out the other empty room and ask if I knew anyone who might be interested and, of course, you were my first thought. I figured since you also know a penny saved is better than one earned my thinking was if you took the extra room you could stop donating large sums at the Golden Nugget to keep getting those comped rooms for your occasional visits here and likely would also come out way ahead...
Anyhow let me know pal.
