    The unemployment rate for black workers hit new record lows in May, the Labor Department's Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

    Black unemployment fell sharply to 5.9 percent, beating out the 6.6 percent record low that was set a month earlier.

    The unemployment rate for Hispanic workers hit a record low in April, at 4.8 percent, but it rose slightly to 4.9 percent in May.

    So these numbers are real? I remember when unemployment fell drastically under the previous president they were fake numbers according to right wingers and the current president.

    How bout it... I remember when Obama took office and we were losing a half million jobs a month or something ridiculous like that, and a week after he took office Republicans were saying "so where's all the new jobs?" Lol


    The economy is the Queen Mary 2, the president is a little tugboat... it takes a while to turn this ship around.. one of the best indicators of the economy is Auto Sales and they are way down.. that's what happens when you take money out of the hands of people that will spend it and give it to billionaires
