Unfortunately the question is how he knew about an email when the more usual way of contacting them is live chat or PM, which I did also. It doesn't say anything about an email in there
You just proved that I had said I inquired about that, which I wasn't disputing. Again, why would Philly be threatening and holding over me an email which he is trying to say now was common knowledge?

Went to the new years PPV, but it wasn't all that great...
Probably going to go to UFC fight night in Orlando on the 24th..
Also, planning the trip already to vegas the week of July 4th for Fight Week, they have TUF finale on friday and then PPV on saturday, its always fun...

Correct, you didn't say email, however you did say, " I've been asking SBR, but can't get an answer." Since you allude to the idea you were still waiting, I would assume email, but could be live chat and nobody had an answer.
Regardless, I believe this is just a situation where Philly is just making out that he has "bigger balls" i.e. connections with SBR than he really does.. Philly will probably tell you him and John went to middle school together and hes part owner too. He's just running his mouth to rile everyone up.
I do the same thing as does everyone else.
All I know is I better get one hell of a shout out in CR

There are a lot easier ways to ask SBR something than emailing. You made this threat over and over, and even made a point to say it was "no lie"

Yeah you make a lot of assumptions, when the post history of him saying it over and over, being specific of what he saw or has and where it happened, and making a point to make sure everyone knows it isn't a lie is all right in front of you.
Add to that the logical problem of why would he be threatening with something that he now is trying to cover his ass and backtrack by claiming it was just common knowledge. You say he could have inferred it, he says a lot of people knew about it, but who would threaten with secret knowledge of something not surprising or secret?
Your theory is full of unkowns and assumptions, while what I am saying is exactly what he and the post history has said all along until he started backtracking today

You continue to claim you solved something, then when I show you you didn't you amend it to say "oh well he could have figured it out" and stubbornly stuck to your previous conclusion. Look, I'm not saying that it couldn't have happened, but what I am saying is that its far more likely that he's running his mouth and took the facts you mentioned in your post and then blended fact along with fiction.
Lets start here... Would you agree with me that based on the two posts you made above, it wouldn't be a huge leap to assume you sent an email as opposed to live chat?
If you say no, then I ask you this, if you went to live chat multiple times, why wouldn't you have an answer?
If you agree with the statement above, then the only argument we have left would be why would Philly say he had the email and/or was threatening to disclose it..

Why would it matter whether it was public or private? I already said I had talked about it. If anything he would be more likely to be lying about an email if it were a private conversation
I am not saying he couldn't have made it up. I just disagree with your conclusion about what is much more likely. You claim he runs his mouth and is lying, but then turn around and assume he has great deductive skills and the shrewd ability to make up something and continue to talk about it when at any time he could be disproven or reprimanded from SBR who give him these wonderful perks he so enjoys. If there were no email I could post a screenshot of my email history under sbr search and confirm it with SBR who I'm sure would be more than willing to disprove private emails were given out.
You're trying to force a round theory into a square reality saying something could have happened, when all the evidence and his own posts say what did happen. I mean, he still hasn't even denied that he was shown, told about, or in possession of the email because of an SBR employee

We all make mistakes. We all have issues in life. Who knows what week someone is having.
Basically the argument boils down to if you think Philly was telling the truth when he was saying he had the emails. Personally, I did not for 2 reasons:
1) Philly lies, jokes, or whatever else you want to call it all the time. He will post pictures of someone, say people have done certain things, hell, he said he drove to Boston's car wash. The point i'm trying to make here is Philly has done this before and you have to assume 9 out of the 10 things he says is a joke.
2) Let's just assume he did have the email, this means that someone was risking their job to impress Philly... Obviously, John is not going to risk his business, so that only leaves employees. I doubt anyone would possibly risk their job to impress someone over the internet they've met maybe a handful of times? Lastly, I also find is even more unlikely that he would have the email. No way would they forward it to him even if they did show it to him. So, how would he post it if he didn't have the email.
Again, I don't have a dog in the fight, I'm just saying how I see it. Perhaps I'm wrong, but we can just agree to disagree.

Just a few points
With your 1), he normally does not continue with a joke or lie, especially when pressed about it. He was shown evidence he doctored bet slips, and avoided that subject after that. He admitted to posting the fake pic in the original post in here. On and on. He still hasn't denied having access to that email, and before this thread brought it up several times even after posters asked him to post proof. He couldn't post proof because doing so would get him blacklisted from any more SBR perks and who knows what else, but he kept on with it.
With your 2), you are making an assumption about SBR that is historically inaccurate. It's not like this place has oversight, and there are multiple examples of shady, immoral, unethical behaviors and instances after which no one lost their job or got reprimanded.
