    Philadelphia fans/residents are obviously the scum of the earth. Anyone know why?

    I really want to know why the trashiest people in America decided to migrate to this slum city? Is there a historical reason why? Was there an amazing trailer house giveaway there in the 70's? Lenient local food stamp/welfare office?

    Any amateur historians on SBR have an answer for this?

    My research has found that the scum reside in 3 metro areas... Cleveland, Philadelphia, and the part of NYC that are Jets fans. Severe anti-social behavior that develops from your teams constantly losing.
