I don't Mr. Gold, I understand what you're getting at here, but I've always considered that style pretty fukkin' weak.

Some good suggestions in here though and wouldn't take much to make it a success.

you can add pepperoncini peppers and/or green/black olives to
that also -sliced tomato, capers to that Italian Grinder.
the best is two meats JJ sopressata and prosciutto.

Then you bring out some mouth watering fresh breads...which was great. Except that you made the sub in some type of Wonder Bread bun. Why not use the good stuff?

Now I feel like going to the store and making my own video of dinner.

boars head is great. publix in florida makes their subs with boars head. very good

but they use a good amount of meat not war rations like jjgold
