    Yeah, it was a single regardless so Boston fans can't be mad.

    The ump needs to get his fatass out of the way, and make the call. 3rd basemen had no clue. It was fair though, and would have been a single. So, all is well.

    a)She thought the ball was foul and she thought she was doing her job.
    b)Gattis runs like a Peterbilt truck, there's no way he winds up on second base even if the ball isn't interfered with.
    c)No way she loses her job, it would be a publicity nightmare for the Red Sox.
