I just talked to Robert guys. He emailed me a massive excel spread sheet showing my Demi Gods slot play history. What was happening was whenever I had a win I was being rewarded my win amount + my bet amount. I was still seeing my balance fluctuate up and down because on a losing spin I would get nothing. He apologized for not having all the information at hand when we spoke over the phone yesterday. He also apologized for the mishandled software integration that led me to think I had won a small fortune lol.

He was extremely professional and apologetic. He let me know that he values my business and doesn't want to lose me as a customer. We are currently in discussions about compensation for the mishap so I can at least walk away from this with something. Thanks again for all the support guys! SBR and the entire forum community helped me tremendously and I'll never forget that.

I was playing the online slot game Demi Gods at BetOnline for around 8+ hours straight on the early morning of Thursday April 27th. I proceeded to win a total of $76 863.30. I started off betting $5 in the very beginning but quickly started pressing my bet. The majority of my spins were between $80 and $150 per spin. After finishing my session I tried cashing out for the maximum $10,000. I was notified later that my cash out had been cancelled until a 24 hour account review was completed. 24 hours later I tried cashing out again. This time it was cancelled because I was told I had cashed out $300 earlier in the week and was told I needed to wait two days to withdraw $10k or I could request a $9,700 payment. I requested the $9,700 and once again my payout was cancelled. I was told this time that my casino play was going to be under review and they would get back to me in the next 72 hours.

I received an email today saying that there was a recent casino software issue and it unfortunately affected my account. Of course the issue has now been fixed and I'm free to play lol. They confiscated all of my winnings, but gave me $250 as a good gesture (Great Guys!).

I just spoke with Robert the Players Club manager over the phone. He tried telling me the same thing about how they had a technical issue last week and how it was fixed. I said that I didn't hear anything on the gambling sites I frequent about there being any kind of casino software glitch with BetOnline. I told him that the slot software is programmed by betsoft and has already been tested endlessly before being released. I told him I played this game many times at other casinos like Bovada. It's not a new game that was just released. He said that it was new to BetOnline and when they uploaded it to their skin there must have been a problem. I then let him know that this wasn't the first time I had played this game at BetOnline either. He seemed kind of stumped. Then he tried telling me that everytime I bet whatever amount my bet per spin was automatically got counted as a win towards my account. I told him this was completely false. I was fluctuating up and down just like any normal slot play. I was fluctuating up and down thousands of dollars so this narrative of his was completely false. He seemed rattled and said he was going to look at some more data and get back to me.

Please help me with this SBR. These guys are trying to hose me for a lot of money.

Was betting $5 per spin in the very beginning, but rose it to $10 per spin after I got up to $500 or so. Then kept pressing it.

Started with $100. Had pissed $1500 away the day before playing poker and had $100 left. Said penetrate it lets dust off this last $100 trying my luck in slots. No shit I was running good...but it's not like I was betting $2 a spin guy. 3 hours of my play was on auto spin at $150 per spin... Obviously if you run good playing big winning $77,000 or more is possible...

Usually when you win at slots, it comes in one or two big hits. NEVER have I seen anyone hit time and time again, letting their wins grow at that rate. When you do get a machine that pays out a lot it basically lets you double or at best, triple your winnings before it goes cold.

I've played this game many times before. It wasn't flawed then, but now all of a sudden the code magically changed in the player's favor??? come on? Where are all the other people online that got affected by this from BetOnline? I guess it's just a software glitch when you win big right? Something was wrong with the software that is for sure. I might understand if you said that you won 2 $50,000 jackpots and then lost some of it back. But consistently winning betting at $150 per spin just doesnt happen

It wasn't consistently winning. There were plenty of fluctuations. I dropped around 5K multiple times. Still ran extremely good obviously, but there are so many occasions where I've ran extremely bad and lost thousands of dollars. Is it literally not possible to run good in slots for several hours?

I've never had a problem with BetOnline as far as payouts either, but of course I've never tried cashing out more than $2K. I'm literally never playing slots again after this (dumb in the first place I know).
