    Good CBB play...

    Been running numbers on Maryland-Rutgers and I think the books missed the number here. Without going into detail and to keep it short, I have the Number at Maryland -3, not -6 like most shops do. I'll take the generous extra 3 and Rutgers here. Nice +EV.

    Don't think Maryland is too motivated. Rutgers got healthy. I think they give them a good run for their money tonight.

    I think the opposite. Maryland can't afford a bad showing here coming off 3 straight losses they need a good showing.

    I just think the coaching staff of Maryland has lost the players. There's been some grumbling going on, but that comes with playing bad. I just think 6 points is a gift here with the home court and a chance for Rutgers to make some noise.

    You are probably right, Terps are a soft team and it has shown. But i would think that everyone on the team knows this is a must win for them at this point if they want to save any face going forward. A loss to Rutgers could mean 5 straight losses as they have to finish with MSU, who has been playing very well.

    That's why I thought taking 6 was the play here. I adjusted the number a few times and decided on Maryland -3. I just think they are lost right now and being on the road doesn't help. They win the game I think, but not by much.

    GL ranger, we shall see how it plays out. I just think Terps win going away like they always do against Rutgers. None of their recent games have been very close.
