Raiders and others knowledgeable, do you think Bitcoin will fork into 2 separate coins/chains in the near future?
If so, how would you protect any holdings? Would they safe in a btc book like nitro?

How high will BTC go today? Seems like nice selling point now at 2642.

I'm in for the long term and trying not to bother with the day to day fluctuations. Not even going to consider selling any until it is 5 figures+..

I don't think that there will two separate coins in the near future. SegWit is a viable solution at this time.

Nitrogen is a very safe place to keep your money.

I get depressed seeing the price today. I vividly remember being in college when Bitcoin was fairly new it was at like 1-$80....oh missed opportunities.

Yep, I think bitcoin is here to stay, all the books use it now.. It's solid as a long term investment and for safely funding sport book accounts.. Little fraud activity as well if you go all the way with the security measures on Coin base and your bitcoin wallet..

I'm in for the long haul as well now.. Not a bad investment from what I can tell...

I'm loaded up on Siacoin,. My average cost is 333 Sats (0.00000333 Bitcoin). Sia is almost double that now at about 600 Sats. Was as high as 700+ Sats recently. I had my Bitcoin in LocalBitcoins originally, but moved it to Poloniex and have been dabbling in alt coins. Siacoin's current levels are still only 1 and a half cents per coin. I'm hoping it gets to 10 cents or even a buck per coin. That's at least 8 times where it is now. Good luck, lots and lots of noobs trading in Polo and elsewhere, so anything can happen.

Not as much trade as hold coins at Coinbase. Have quite a few bought at various times throughout the last couple of years, most recently added 2 BTC two weeks ago at 1934.

BTW, I DID sell a few BTC late last night at 2813, and am already regretting it.

When I do literally make trades, it is at Kraken but that is only because a valid exchange makes a great buffer between Blockchain and Coinbase,
