Hey everyone,
Over the course of the last 5 years or so I have had a lot of ups and downs with gambling, especially online. I have reached the point where I just can't and don't want to deal with the downs anymore and it has caused a lot of negative things in my life from work, to relationships to financial stability.
I know ultimately the decision is on me to figure out how to remove gambling from my life, but I am hoping to get some suggestions and advice from anyone who has gone through the same thing and that might know more about the process than I do.
I mainly use two books now...LooseLines and Jazz Sports (due to the fact that I have self-excluded or been blocked from every other site known out there). I have recently attempted to self-exclude from both of these via email and requested that my account be closed down permanently and not to allow me to use the account again, make any more deposits, create a new account, etc. Again - I know that no one is supposed to be my babysitter, but in moments of weakness, each and every time they gladly turned back on my account like nothing happened and I continued to repeat the cycle.
Does anyone know of a way to permanently self-exclude myself from an online site in a way that they have to honor it? Within reason of course like if I used my phone number, real name, address, etc.
Anyways, thanks in advance for the help.
