Lucky for both of us, good golf skills are not required to play their course. While I have my own clubs, it is in no way a direct correlation to my golf abilities....We will just tell them to give us a fully charged gold carts as we will be doing a lot of left to right driving.

If you are going alone maybe team up with someone else and split a room for the extra nights at ~ $250 each. If you like to eat and drink I am sure it's worth the $100/day more than it would be some other place without the inclusions, and other posters.
