You guys check Bitcoin prices WAY too often, the volatility is expected. Check the price in a month or so, not every hour of every day.

Completely disagree. Some have a lot invested in this. If it drops 100 in 1 day imagine a month. Yes the volatility is expected but some ppl might want to get out before it gets too low or at least keep up with current news, trends, forecasts.
Bitcoin might not even exist in a month. Certainly different than your typical stock or mutual fund IMO
Stock market doesnt go down 20% in 2 days.
Volatility is only expected to some degree. Anything up and down in less than 2 days is amateur hour
I know, I have a lot invested myself and I would not even consider selling until I see what happens in the first few days after the halving on July 10th. THAT would be the time to start tracking more closely.

Bitfinex went dark for a while causing a price drop.
China normally controls the bitcoin market. CNY can't be traded at Bitfinex but when something happens with a major exchange, it causes panic everywhere.
Bitfinex is the biggest trader of USD.

the low of the day on most exchanges today was in low 630's....are you trying to say that you not only caught the falling knife exactly at the right time, but also somehow managed to get a BUY filled at the better price than a low of the day?
