What are you cooking for Thanksgiving?

I've never been a turkey guy. Thinking of ideas...

I always do the cooking, but can't this year because of my surgery. Wife bought a precooked turkey to make it simple. Bought some premade pies also. Won't have to worry about Christmas. Always go eat Chinese that day.

    Beef tenderloin

A little pricey by much faster to cook and just as good. Nice and rare.

Can get em from Costco for like $119 i think they cost. Feeds a large group though.

We do two sittings, traditional turkey dinner @ noon . For the evening meal we've done all kinds of fare, homemade ravioli, corn beef & cabbage, take out Chinese, lobster & steamed clams. This year it's fish, baked haddock:

I smoked a pork shoulder one year. Made the mashed potatoes from Anthony Bourdain's cookbook to go with it. It all went over great. I don't like having turkey either.
