Right now Bumgarner is the best hitter (actually last 2 years). He hit 4 homeruns last year, and 4 more so far this year.
Grienke hit .328 back in 2013, so I would definitely say he is a good hitter as well. But Leake and Kershaw haven't done much the last few years.

Mad Bum actually looks like a position player at the plate.
i like his swing and his approach. Very solid hitter. Much better than some regular players such as Jose Labaton, Jose Molina, and Eric Sogard.

Travis Wood? I've seen the Cubs pit him in as a pinch hitter on numerous occasions. I've seen him homer as a pinch hitter
