The Lakers better not give up the #2, Randle, and Clarkson, or I'll be furious. That said, I'm not against acquiring Cousins completely, but the Lakers would also need to at least have someone like Thibs in place for the long haul to handle him. Byron Scott needs to go regardless, so I'd be scared about a Cousins-Scott combo for anything longer than a year.
Lakers desperately need a great coach who can also be a VP (like the Rivers' set-up with the Clippers), the franchise needs major help organizationally.
