What am I missing here? They should be +200 tops. They will easily win the division. Who are they competing against in the AL that can match up against them? As hard is it may be to believe there bullpen is better than last year and they are hitting on offense. Only knock on them is that the rotation isn't as good as last year however as long as they can get 5-6 decent innings out of the starter in the playoffs the bullpen will be able to take care of the rest. They are clearly the best team in the AL and the gap between them and whoever is considered the 2nd best is huge. Most people can't even name the 2nd best team in the AL after the Royals. I don't like to tie up my money longterm but this seems like a great number and surely will fall by the all star break once the rest of the country looks at the big picture and realizes the Royals weren't a fluke last year. The +950 to win the WS obviously also worth a small bet as well.
