    I always stay at hard rock. My favorite joint not to mention get free rooms in HRH everytime. Not hard to get comped there

    I've stayed at every decent hotel in LV, and I basically agree with this statement.

    Except for the LVH. While I agree the book is huge and good for wagering, the place itself is pretty much a shithole. I'd never stay there again.

    Downtown is pretty trashy, no doubt. But it is much less crowded, and there is definitely an upside to that.

    I counted and I ve stayed in over 50+ places there since the early 90's and continue to try new ones when I go back, I stayed at the new Grand close to Freemont last time, had a nice experience
