    pinnacle compliance?

    has anyone ever gotten an email from pinnacle asking you to scan your passport and proof of where you live?

    they said my withdrawal option will be suspended until i provide them these documents.

    wth?

    ...yup...it's all normal...just send them what they've asked for.

    when i first signed up with pinnacle, i wanted to use my CC. but they asked for those documents. so i used bank transfer instead. i wasn't require to send them documents if i used bank transfer. now they are asking. been with them for 4 years.

    They do it from time to time...I've been with them for a long time also and as far as I can recall, they've asked me twice to verify my info. The last time it was about 6 months ago or so.

    ...extra security measure at the book where you store your cash is only a positive thing

    I was only asked on my first cash out been with them 7 years

    Did u login with a us IP that could be why.
