    I did a dine and dash in 1984 in Philly and a Puerto Rican waiter chased me in a pretty intense footchase over lots of blocks until by some divine intervention I made it into 30th Street Station (it was only my second day in Philly i was a transient, knew nothing about Philly.     The 80's were cool. Totally unlike today. Guy could get shot for doing something like that today.
