    possibles at last

    1. some older guy in a wheel chair..his daughter wants me to help him out..has some cash too..FREDD
    2. Some studs want me to stay with them..3 guys I think..chicks over all the time..blow, weed and liquor..$400 one room
    3. Family...caretaker free but a lot of work
    4. motel month to month..$600 although could run escorts out of it
    5. givemeabj's house...$250 or so a month although cant do shit...lots of rules at his parents are there
    6. Shelter..free but dangerous

    you can crash on my couch for $150 a month and occasional cooking.

    I have a large, covered balcony that you can keep your belongings on. I hardly ever use it so just store everything out there.

    It is covered by an extended rooftop so if it rains your box of rugs won't get soiled.

    hey loser if you want you can come Saturday afternoon and I should be all set up for you. It will be a little tight in the crawl space but I am straight as an arrow so know worries on your part. we can gamble day and night and maybe hustle up a numbers operation on the streets corners of East Hobokken. The problem is on Friday Nights I hang at a Jazz bar with all the sisters and brothers so not much seafood around here but I think you will adjust fine. We can share the computer and be partners gambling and I have credit everywhere and some sharks around here love me so we can get cash anytime.

    you are going to be a star here in amd are going to love it. Lots of stallions that do not work and just bullshit at the Deli's in the morning going over the games for the night. We use The NY post line to analize the numbers and Saturdays in the morning huge spreads at Bellinosi's Deli in Newark for breakfast and all the sharps are there giving winners.     I have two spare bedrooms in my townhouse, JJ....You are more than welcome to have one them temporarily @$350 month (including utilities)...but I live in Maryland...very affluent neighborhood...30 minutes from Baltimore and 30 minutes from DC...plenty of nightclubs and bars!...

    The homeowners/community association won a lawsuit by default judgment, and JJ is (rightfully) getting kicked out.

    Next time, JJ, make sure you notify the owner so he pays the homeowners association what it is due. Those papers the process server posted on your door were very important, but you had to be a moron and just toss them in the trash.
