    No freaking way they charge him. They wouldn't hold a press conference and THEN go arrest him. That's stupid.

    I'd be floored if he's charged. To be charged the state would have to draw up the warrant and issue it to the police. Like someone said above, Winston would be arrested before the press conference.

    I believe they knew where they were going to do last week, but couldn't just say "Alright guys, we aren't charging. Happy Thanksgiving!" and leave for 3-4 days due to the national media attention.

    It's a 99% chance that he's not charged. They wouldn't make a massive spectacle only to ANNOUNCE that he's going to be charged and arrested. Plus, they want him to make a statement??? WTF is he going to say if he's being charged?!?!

    This whole thing is typical national media and the Florida AG trying to garner some attention. It's a god damn circus.

    The SA Meggs is a attention whore, as you know Blazer. So I agree it looks good now for Winston! "unless they pick him up overnight" SA Meggs would be the only idiot out there in the justice system, that would keep a guy on the street for 24 more hrs. than announce he is charging him
