Why? Depends on how you view the standings.

Are they there to predict who the best teams will be? Or are they there to reflect on who the best teams have been?

If the former, it's obviously not taking into account Oregon's future schedule. If the latter, then how do you reconcile Stanford being ahead of Baylor?

That'll change after UCLA and Stanford. Who does FSU play anymore other than VaTech and Miami?

As soon as Oregon beats Ucla next week they move uo in the computers and back to #2 overall. Heck if/ when Mizzou loses Oregon moves up. Kirk said it right there are 3 great teams and everyone else, Fsu still has 7 games left including the ACC champ game and at some point will pick up more pollsters if they win big.. Oregon and Bama will have 6 including there championships and will get healthier in computers. Lot of ball still out there!

FSU does not play Va Tech, unless both make it to the ACC champ game.

    I actually prefer this.

The talking heads will spend all of next week on ESPN with "outrage" that the PAC is being disrespected. Gets them to hype up the conference even more.

@Lkid Thanks Buddy! Honestly thought we would be 10-2 at best, they are playing well! Hope Lvill somehow wins the AAC and gets a bid, cannot handle the UCF="Orlando online junior college" articles here anymore andThere bandwagon fans saying best team in Fla

I don't think SEC bowls are tied in with the AAC so only chance would be a lonngggggshot BCS matchup

But yeah that would be a fun bowl game if possible

Oregon hasn't played anyone ranked this season. They need to move to the SEC to feel what it means playing back to back to back to back games vs ranked teams.
