    NHL Season Props/Futures/etc.

Season starts tomorrow, yeah I know no one gives a penetrate with football around..

A few that stood out for me or I like.

Total Canadian teams to make the playoffs Under 4.5
This is basically almost a lock, too bad its been getting pounded everyday and the juice is getting high. :\

Florida Panthers over 71.5 points, this is a real low line, even lower compared to other books, 5dimes has this. Florida had lots of injuries last year, short season, they'll bounce back a bit, decent draft, young players. The worse of the worse get below 70 points. They should be able to muster close to 80 points.

Ovechkin Under 48.5 goals, this is too much and basically saying Ovie is "back", maybe in a short season. Its been like 5 years since he had 50 goals. Only getting older and slower, lazier. Reckless style and Olympics, more chance of injuries.

Leafs to MISS playoffs +125, cause I'm a hater.
Islanders to MISS playoffs +115, tough division/conference, time to regress on one line team who's not really a playoff team, last year means nothing.

^These two I'm still debating and I would go smaller but plus money is nice on these.

Hockey gurus see anything interesting out there? One day left to pound...

Embarrassing but Flyers should be better than the Isles this year.
    Fluke season.

Actually Flyers to MISS playoffs are like +145 or more so better than Isles.

Also like Carolina to bounce back, 50-1 odds are better.

Islanders won't make the playoffs and Canucks will hit 100+ points.

I like the Ovechkin UNDER goals, but keep in mind he was on pace for almost 60 goals last season and with the coaching change they are allowing him to play offensively more.

He was getting tons of cheapo goals on the PP with one-timers, expect that to continue.

I was about to play the UNDER but now I have decided to lay off it

What are the odds for the Canadian team bet? That is such a lock, it seems like free money. What book and what's the line at?

Well this play is officially dead in the water. Who knew Toronto would be dominant this season.
