    Find one right guy/service to follow if you can't take the stress of gambling. Make sure this guy has strict discipline and money management and above all wins long term. Allocate a bankroll and follow this guy with his money management and it will take away all your worries. That is what i am doing these days. I check my email, place the bets and don't even care. Once in a while i will place my own bets. Its stress free and i have been winning consistently.

    well I just survived Mid Tennessee trying to screw me... they are 2nd to last play left in a ML parlay, so I'm good with their 2 pt win

    only play left is Arizona ML so I'm good 99 out of 100 times played Arizona wins tonight

    But Ohio State is about to fukk me on a dumb live bet i made

    going to play ML with Floyd... hope i hit and move on to NFL Sunday

    just bet football underdogs that you think can win outright. ML, spread, wong teasers only, and sit back and relax. forget about totals (can't enjoy game worrying about clock and # ot pts. scored) betting those ML favorites is trouble. subtracting on teasers is fatal. tons of wong teasers in the NFL today. match up 3 or 4.

    Frustration

    I had two parlays that I lost by 1 point. I had a 4 team parlay and the only game I lost was Louisville -14.5 (They won by 14). Then I lost another parlay where I had Arizona at -25.5 (they won by 25). Has anyone had multiple parlays in one day where they lost by one point each time!
