The S&P 500 over the time frame of the day I started my thread in the baseball forum (7/19/13) until today (9/8/13), has decreased about 1.9% (it opened at 1686.15 on 7/19/13 and closed at 1655.17 on 9/8/13). The bet we currently have on is 49ers moneyline to beat the Packers at a moneyline price of -235. We are betting 2.93 units to win 1.24, so we are betting $293 to win $124.
From now on for every single bet and after every single winner or loser, I will post paragraphs similar to the 2 above (with the top paragraph being adjusted to keep up with current accumulated figures and the second paragraph to reflect my current bet). I have also decided to give some gambler perspective on clearing a percentage profit instead of just isolating it to the S&P 500 benchmark. We will call this new comparison the Benny benchmark. Below is the thread started by El Nino and carried on by me. It is still the only accurate record keeping of his plays. I saw that the troll Benny has once again posted in here looking for attention.
