    True. Value does not always mean getting a good team with + sign next to them. Sometimes value can be on the team that is the favorite. Oftentimes people conflate the words "value" and "underdog" as being one in the same in baseball even though that is not necessarily the case. A month ago this line might have been -250. Does anyone bother to handicap the games anymore? Did anyone not see in his last start that Verlander's line was 5 innings, 9k and 1BB. Of the 15 outs he recorded, only 6 came through the defense. Everything is fine with him. It just means the times CLEV hit the ball, they fell in. In a way he was unlucky. LOL anyone who thinks Liriano is remotely a good pitcher. Guy's ERA will be at 5.00 by season's end.
