    Name an MMA TECHNIQUE/SUBMISSION that would be INEFFECTIVE in a real fight

    I will start with the standing guillotine choke. A groin strike is wide open and would put an end to this but is against the rules in the cage or the ring.

    Think of it this way, if two MMA fighters were in a streetfight what techniques would have to go out the window because there are no rules?

    We've all seen it. A stunned or tired opponent desperately grasps for a knee or ankle from the ground while the one standing has to try to evade or pull away his leg.

    A knee or kick with the other leg would end it but is not allowed in most sanctioned fights.
