i am not short, i correctly pointed out that i was told 10 time rollover more than once on a $300 bonus and they have now magically changed it to 20 time rollover. so that is 3000 of the difference

What was it entered as in the transaction log ? 20x ? Seems like if they told you 10x, they would have entered 10x on the date they entered bonus. If they entered 20, you should have caught it. I always verify.

the RO is 10x deposit + bonus (or 20x deposit) if you took the 100% bonus (300 USD max) they offered 1-2 months ago

Surprised DSI gave you the wrong numbers multiple times, usually their CS is excellent, but if you get someone who thinks they are right, there's no changing their mind sometime. I called in to let them know of a bad line UNC was being offered at +7.5 +220 and +3.5 +190. CS rep told me multiple times that it was correct, and that the appropriate department cleared it, but if its a mistake it will be fixed later.

Anyway, I thought you had this stuff down to a science as a self proclaimed bonus whore Mike?

Do you have a copy of the chat logs, you might be able to get them to chop some off if you show you were told the wrong thin multiple times.

But yup everyone said is right, DSI is always whatever times rollover on deposit+free play and on that football promo it was 10x.
I deposited $500 and took the 500 FP, took a decent amount of time to rollover 10k.

copying a chat log is something i am no good at, pointless anyway cuz they'll just say the other rep was wrong

there were so many contest winnings going in that account, and i have no idea on the rollover on those, so i just took their word for it. usually i have sheets for every sportsbook, with my bets/balances/etc, and i usually bet it all, can't do that at betdsi/youwager cuz you need $200 balance for their promos

Books should have a rollover "clock/calculator" in your account that automatically does it.
I know a few do.

I think i know what happened. The other 2 cs reps werent adding in my $800 or so of contest winnings x 5.

The 10x vs 20x wouldnt make sense cuz i have bet more than 6k and theyre telling me an extra 4k not 3k.

Best guess is the other reps just checked my deposit and thought i needed 6k

Not at good books. As MM has said before, few can scratch the 53% mark to make money. Rather hit 50% and still make money because books offer nice bonuses and contests.
